Recent Training at Turi Foods • Occupational Health and Safety training • Quality and Food safety training • Environmental Awareness training • Project Management • Continuous Improvement • Performance Management • Certificate II and III in Food Processing – Cheese units • Certificate III in Agriculture • Frontline Management • Diploma in Business Certificate II and III in Food Processing at Thomastown ( 2 new trainers) Certificate III in Agriculture commenced at farming operation Commenced training in cheese operation Commenced training in retail shop
Developing Relationships with RTO’s I found a RTO that said: • We will deliver training for all staff • Minimal impact on Production • Training costs will be cost effective or neutral • Onsite trainers – good fit for the business • Training plans will be ‘area specific’, incorporated into daily operations/Roster • deliver quality outcomes • Source funding opportunities 1300 employees have completed Certificate II or III in Food Processing , Cert III in Agriculture or Frontline Management.
