This project addresses three critical issues faced by a company: knowledge retention, employee well-being, and medical assistance for aging parents. We explore strategies to help employees Carole and James manage their stress and responsibilities, while also focusing on the best solutions for the elderly care of Carole's parents. Solutions include flexible working hours, remote work options, and effective home care assistance. This initiative promotes awareness of generational challenges and fosters cultural understanding, enhancing collaboration and language skills among participants.

Conclusion Ageing is a long process and society needs time to adapt to it; We tried to find some alternatives to solve the problem; This opens everybody’s mind to the problems of all the cultures, and helps the students to see the whole picture; This project is an interesting experience for all the participants, like meeting new people, improving language skills, working in group and learning about new cultures.
