BIG PICTURE- OR EXTERNAL • Please what my words carefully- a lot of clinical mind is focused on patients, remember the clients- HMOs, etc they are not sick • INFRASTRUCTURE • EXPERTISE • TECHNOLOGY (IET) • If exterior is shabby, staff is poor and little technology is deployed, then clients/patients not come, and revenue wont grow INTELLFIT- Our Ideas and Skills, Empower Africa

  4. THE BOARD IS KEY TO EXTERNAL PICTURE- WHY? • All depend on Financing in range of 500m naira and above (Loans, equity or grants), and without good governance, you cant access funding. Days of sole owner are gone……..you need a company or an NGO with a qualitative board • INFRASTRUCTURE-build or remodel • EXPERTISE-leverage Diaspora • TECHNOLOGY INTELLFIT- Our Ideas and Skills, Empower Africa

INTERNAL PICTURE • If you find financing, invest in infrastructure, expertise and technology, and grow revenue, if INTERNALLY, you are a mess, you wont make profit • COST CONTAINMENT, WITHOUT SACRIFICING QUALITY, IS KEY • To do this • Outsource all possible functions (laundry, cleaning, security, pathology are easy pickings-challenge is ambulance and drugs etc) • Energy Efficiency- Alternatives to burning diesel-solar for heating etc INTELLFIT- Our Ideas and Skills, Empower Africa
