Property Forms These forms are for Federally Loaned and Used vehicles • Report of Transfer or Other Disposition or Construction of Property (Form AD-107) • Report of Unserviceable, Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Destroyed Property (Form AD-112) The ADODR would be responsible for filling out the forms above.

  9. Vehicles The ASC has developed specific language to include in agreements when vehicles are being purchased or loaned. It is important for the ADODR to work closely with their agreement specialist when vehicles are involved so the proper language can be included in the agreement.
