She accepts the request. The Administrative Director defines his Aims, Cost, Time, Space and communicates them to thedesigner The Director asks for artefact availability and space characteristics to Secretary. She gives her a map of the room 545 and a list of artefacts available The Chief asks and receives fromthe participants their needs (he already knows their profile) The designer asks for artefact availability and space characteristics. The Chief defines his Aims, Time, Contents, Objectives and the Students information and gives them to thedesigner The designer asks for the exact Number of participants to the chief and if it exists a teacher (profile) inside the organisation. He gives the number and propose a teacher
