  1. HMO Licensing – Introduction Please use this questionnaire if you are unsure of the licensable status of your property. Your answers to a few simple questions about the property will indicate if you are required to obtain a licence for the house. Exit Click here to begin

  5. HMO Licensing – Is my property licensable? • How many occupiers, other than the owner’s family, live in the property? The owner’s family is anybody related by blood or marriage. Please state how many other residents live in the property including children and infants. 2 or less 3 or more Exit
