Enhancing Language Learning Through Technology: The CTLI Project in Primary Education

The Collaborative Technologies in Languages Initiative (CTLI) is an international project involving six primary schools, three initial teaching training institutions, and various regional authorities across England, France, and Spain. This innovative initiative integrates technology in language learning, focusing on a shared curriculum to enhance teaching methodologies. With partnerships formed between schools in Manchester and Sindelfingen, among others, the project provides trainees with vital experience in CLIL methodology and video conferencing tools. Collaborators include MMU, CEIP San Miguel, and local authorities, fostering cross-cultural learning.
