  17. THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS • 2 stage interview • Completion of Openwork application at 2nd interview stage • Openwork Computer Based Study • Generic Industry Knowledge tests on 8 core subjects

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS • Skills based residential training courses • Mortgage Course – 3 Day residential • Pensions and Investments – 5 day course • Post Course Debrief – identify actions and further development • On the job training • Sales activity • Ongoing Development in conjunction with Sales Activity

Industry Qualifications • Can be through Chartered insurance Institute or Institute of Financial Services • For course attendance – minimum CF1 or CeFa1 • To achieve full competency status you will need • CF1 to CF5 if not licensed for mortgages • CF1 to CF6 to include Mortgage Licence • Most advisers achieve within 6 months
