  6. My Goals while at PHHS • My academic goal is to assist my students in being successful in Biology by helping them master the standards and passing the EOCT. I want to positively influence my students to improve their overall work ethic. • My behavior goal is to form positive relationships with my students. I will model appropriate behavior inside and out of the classroom, provide praise, constructive criticism, and social/emotional support.
