  12. Sitting Bull • Sioux leader, defeated George Armstrong Custer at the Battle of Little Bighorn • He was arrested for participating in a Ghost Dance leading to the Massacre at Wounded Knee Creek

  13. Wounded Knee The Sioux Nation was attacked for participating in a Ghost Dance ritual resulting in the death of 150 to 350 members of the tribe.
