  10. Treasurer Responsibilities 5 – 20 hours per week Maintain accurate record of receipts and payments (Quickbooks) Available to collect funds and make deposits during banking hours Track activities against the budget Present financial statements prior to board and general membership meetings

  11. Treasurer Responsibilities Ensures check approval process meets SOP guidelines Collects money from committee members during fundraising events Facilitates end of year audit Prepares financial annual report Submits PTA’s form 990 to the IRS
