PLAN: YEAR 1 • Launching operation throughout Finland • Opening 1/3 of the facilities • Management training in the U.S (facility & regional)  local implementation • Country managers prepare expansion • Outsource functions (security & marketing) • Marketing Dpt. implements global marketing strategies • Create internal communication

PLAN : YEARS 2 - 4 • Within 3 years all facilities operating • Baltic in year 3 starting with Estonia(HQ) • Domestic growth, gain market share • Implement FJA, future personnel needs • Additional recruiting with expansion • Organizational restructure •  Country manager to Finland • Baltic management training in Finland(yr2) • Three regional managers in Baltic
