Additional Information • Trip leaders: Sarah Connor (Chemistry)and Marie Old (Biology and Math). • Total cost: • Plane fare, train fare, accommodations, museum passes, private tours and some meals: $2,900.00. • Recommended extra allowance: $680.00 (meals). • Accommodations in each city will be in convents run by local sisters. • Most of our time is structured, but students will be given time to explore each city on their own in groups of two or more. • Several meetings and/or field trips will be scheduled before the trip for both informational and educational purposes in order to enrich the experience. • Educational Partnerships • Sapienza University in Rome, Italy. • Restauratore Beni Culturali in Rome, Italy. • Opificio delle Pietre Dure in Florence, Italy. • Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, Italy. • Scuola del Vetro Abate Zanetti in Murano, Venice, Italy.
