  1. Balsa Wood Glider AERO – Activity Unit 2 Shaq Palmer A-Afternoon The purpose of this activity was to design a glider on the computer and then build it with materials. My glider was a canard style. My fuselage`s length was 25.00 cm. my wingspan was 16.6 cm. The horizontal stabilizer had a span of 5.9 cm. the height of the tail fin is 2.9 cm All were swept angles. No square wings. I had added 2.6 grams of nose clay to my design. Test 1: Straight flight, flew level and straight Test 2: Same as test 1 and set record for furthest distance No changes were made This is the AERY program that was used. My glider had an AERY number of 159
