To do list: From the last week: • Finish migration to DB for: • trd_repo_builder: Make dumping to root-files of DB content • trd_occ_extractor: (also migrate to SSHFS) • Process ~40 days of flight data (will take ~2 weeks of real-time for 2 nodes) • Add a tab to monitor ACC occupancy to TRD-GainMonitor and share the code. Done this week: • Migration to mysq DB & castor is done for all software • Have to process ~25 days of flight data (3 trd_hit_extractors 5:1 ratio). Problem (?) castor staging. Estimation for now ~6 days • trd_repo_builder (runs every hour): • dumping all plots to png and TGraphs in root-files from DB • several output plots were added (now all tabs of GainWidget from POCCC are available). No nightly TRD-GainMonitor export need anymore • output path were changed: /afs/cern.ch/work/t/trdcalib/public/NN/output/out_graphs • naming scheme for graphs and root files were changed, please check your scripts • new graph with ACC adc distribution based on 1-min rootfiles To do: • Still have to finish with new ACC tab for TRD-GainMonitor • Your suggestions about ACC adc plot design are appreciated
