Work Reassignment Between Worksheets

Work Reassignment Between Worksheets is now available at the user level . This feature allows Specialist to move both PRs and Awards between the Contracting and Purchasing Worksheet. This does not allow work to be moved between Specialists. Work Reassignment Between Worksheets.

  1. Work Reassignment Between Worksheets is now available at the user level. This feature allows Specialist to move both PRs and Awards between the Contracting and Purchasing Worksheet. This does not allow work to be moved between Specialists. Work Reassignment Between Worksheets To find the Ad Hoc go to Reports – Ad Hocs

  2. Work Reassignment Between Worksheets Step 1) In the Ad Hoc Menu highlight Work Reassignment Between Worksheets Step 2) Use the Hour Glass to begin

  3. Work Reassignment Between Worksheets Step 1) Use the Radio Button to select type of action to be moved Purchase Request or Award. Step 2) Enter the Action Number Step 3) Hit FIND

  4. Work Reassignment Between Worksheets The system will bring up the Owned by: and the Worksheet where the action resides To move to the other worksheet hit CHANGE.

  5. Work Reassignment Between Worksheets The system notes the change in Worksheet.

  6. Work Reassignment Between Worksheets • Summary • Work Reassignment Between Worksheets • Feature can be found in the AdHoc Menu • This feature moves Awards and Purchase Requests between the Contracting and Purchasing Worksheet per Specialist • Work can be moved between worksheets but not between Specialists
