Levels 1 and 2 Robbery, sex-related crimes, kidnapping/abduction, felonious assault, carjacking, malicious wounding, no escape risk, no disruptive behavior
Levels 3 and 4 Single/multiple life sentences. Must have served 20 consecutive years on sentence, no disruptive behavior for the past 24 months = transfer to a less secure facility
Level 6 Single/multiple life sentences, disruptive, assaultive, sever behavior problems; predatory-type behavior; escape risks. No disruptive behavior for past 24 months= transfer to less secure facility.
