  2. Story elements & outline • It takes 10-15 minutes to review.(They are not new to my students.) • It takes a story and a certain amount of time to explain to students who don’t know what story elements/outline are.

  3. Pic-storytelling: Stage 1(10-15min. review + 20-25min. Stage 1) • Think: 首/尾/verbs (=3 min.) • Tell (1): 1.5 min. x 2 (=3 min.)1 speaks/ 1 take notes (up&down) • Tell (2): Repeat 2 (=3 min.) • Rearrange details (=3 min.)OK to use others’ ideas/ ending • Tell (3): 2 min. X 2 (=4 min.) • Tell Class/ Write (=4 min.)

  4. Pic-storytelling: Stage 2(No thinking time in class; 15-20 min.) To different classmates • Tell: (1.5 min. x 2) x 2 (=6 min.)1 speaks/ 1 take notes (up&down) • Rearrange details (=2 min.) • Tell: 2 min. x 2 (=4 min.) • Tell Class/Write (=4 min.)

  5. Pic-storytelling: Stage 3(10 min. in class or less) • Collect story: 1 min. (old picture) • Think: 3 min. (new picture) • (Tell: 1.5 min. x2 (up& down))3 rounds/2 more rounds during breaks at least 3 signatures that day • Tell/Write a story a day

  6. Pic-storytelling: Stage 4(Presentation/Test) • Individual oral test
