Medical Career • In the early 1970s worked in Wave Hill in the Northern Territory • With Gurindji people in NSW towns, stations with indigenous communities • Concerned about eye disorder • Established Royal Australian College of Ophthalmologists • And with his mother and friends set up Aboriginal Medical Service in suburban Redfern in Sydney
