  1. Download Tool SOP For PROLiNK TA8 Honeycomb 3.2 Upgrade August 08, 2011

  2. Tools and Software Required • TA8 Android Tablet • 01 x Micro USB cable • 01 x Safety Pin (or pointed pin with 1mm diameter) • 01 X PC (Win XP and above) • Download Nvidia driver and Honeycomb 3.2 image from this link http://www.prolink.com.sg/download/nvidia_driver_hc3.2.zip

  3. Boot-recovery Driver Installation • Download the Duke Update Utilty and the firmware from the Download section of www.ekoore.com • Install android_tegra_250_FroyoOV5650v1.msi , to your PC • Double click the “android_tegra_250_FroyoOV5650v1.msi”

  9. Boot-recovery Driver Install • After the installation, you can find the APX driver in C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\android_tegra_250_Froyov1\usbpcdriver

  10. Boot-recovery Driver Install • Select and copy all the files under the Driver > Patch folder

  11. Boot-recovery Driver Install • Paste all the files to “C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\android_tegra_250_Froyov1” folder • Copy and Replace all the conflicts files

  12. Boot-recovery Driver Install • Power off the tablet • Connect up the PC and tablet with the Micro USB cable • Press the Recovery button with the safety pin + Power button at the same time for 3 secs and let go • Check if there is an USB device named “!APX” detected on your PC device manager

  13. Boot-recovery Driver Install • Right click “!APX” and select “Update driver” > Browse my computer for driver software > C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\android_tegra_250_Froyov1\usbpcdriver > Next

  14. Boot-recovery Driver Install • After installation, a USB device named “NVIDIA USB Boot-recovery driver for Mobile devices” would be found on your PC Device Manager

Image Download • Power OFF the tablet • Connect up the PC and tablet with the Micro USB cable • Press the Recovery button with the safety pin + Power button at the same time for 3 secs and let go • A USB device named “NVIDIA USB Boot-recovery driver for Mobile devices” would be found on your PC Device Manager

  17. Image Download • Open 0.J05401.00501GEN-enFR.110804.0 folder • Double click on the “nvflash.bat”

  18. Image Download • Press any key to start the image download
