HERAULT 34 GARD 30 LOZERE 48 AUDE 11 PYRENEES ORIENTALES 66 The word Languedoc originates from the "Oc" language, the region where once people spoke the language of Oc, whilst in the rest of France the people spoke Langue d’Oil.
