  2. Wine • Wine is an alcoholic beverage • It is typically made of fermented fruit juice • The most popular fruit for wine making is grapes because of its ability to ferment without the addition of other substances like sugar, acids, enzymes, or other nutrients.

  3. Orange Wine • We used orange to make a different flavor of wine. • Oranges are not popular for wine making because of the citrus flavor • Oranges are rich in ascorbic acid

  4. Ingredients • Orange juice with pulp • Sugar • Fermenting yeast

  5. Equipments • Bottle • Balloon • Filter Paper • Bowl • Rubber Band • Funnel • Plastic

  6. Procedures • Sterilize the bottle that will be used for the fermentation process • Mix the orange juice, fermenting yeast, and sugar inside the bottle. • Shake well. • Use a balloon to cover the bottle. • Secure the balloon with a rubber band. • Leave the bottle in a cold dark place for at least one week for the fermentation process.

  7. Procedures • After one week, open the bottle. • Drain the wine to remove excess sugar using filter paper or any filtering apparatus. • Taste the wine and add some more ingredients if necessary. • Put the wine in a wine bottle for final presentation.
