Feedback from RR • Lack ofCollaboration ! • But, • There are several good examples of collaboration among partners • How to set up the community and MarketPlace was done in collaboration with 4 WPs • Also the work carried out in WP 2 and 1 and are cross- WP oriented already • Much of the other work is carried out within the WPs as collaborative work

StrengthandWeaknessesof Gala Strength • High competence and knowledge level among the partners within different disciplines needed for SG • Variety of topics to be covered • Gives opportunities for multi-disciplinary work outside own working group • Different cultures, gives different insights and perspectives Weaknesses • Large project • Difficult to have an overview of all activities • Low level of communication • Low level of engagement among some partners

  4. Impact • We do not manage to get as much out of our work as possible • Sometimes lack of quality • We sometime reinvent things done in a different WP • Work we are not aware of cannot be considered • Loss of opportunities • Many publications are not cross-disciplinary

Whatto do? • Strengthen the communication • Regularly meetings among the WP leaders (so that we know what we are doing in different tasks) • Foster collaborative activities (defining JRAs interesting for partners, so that they are engaged and motivated (ROI)) • Prepare a plan with this so that the mgt can monitor it • Regularly updates from the WPs to everybody • More pro-activeness among all partners! • Collaboration should be considered as one of the KPIs to measure, so we should discuss what to measure • SNA and analysis of who doing work and who is collaborating • Implement actions based on the outcome of the analysis • ANY other ideas are welcome
