This study conducted by Bloomington Public Schools analyzes K-12 pathways to graduation by utilizing NWEA MAP Spring scores in reading and math. It explores the relationship between these MAP scores, ACT College Readiness Benchmarks, and statistics from the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE). Findings reveal the predictive validity of the ACT benchmarks based on a large-scale study involving over 76,000 students, demonstrating the accuracy of predicting college readiness and future academic performance. This research aims to enhance educational strategies for student success.
