Blended Approach to Evidence Learning in Professional Practice

This study explores the use of blended portfolios in professional practice, with a focus on midwifery education. The pilot study reveals positive views on electronic portfolios, reduction in paper portfolio size, and the need for further guidance and face-to-face interaction. The findings provide valuable insights for the future implementation of blended portfolios.
