Enhancing Speech and Communication Skills in Workforce Development
This initiative focuses on embedding speech, language, and communication skills within workforce development, particularly for those working with children and young people. Highlighting the importance of inclusive practices, it introduces a new Level 3 CPD Award aimed at enhancing professional development for educators and support staff. The program includes guidance on training providers and supports the development of skills necessary for addressing speech, language, and communication needs. Additional resources and self-evaluation tools are available online to assist professionals.
