District 11SR VSC Goal • The 2010 VSC Goal for the District is 10,000. • Each Division and Flotilla should develop a tactical plan to complete a portion of the goal. • The tactical plan identifies how many VSCs each Division and Flotilla will do, the dates by which they will be done and the members who will be involved in the process. • This Workshop is an excellent time for the Flotillas to create their tactical plan.
