(1)tortoise shell and bone • These pieces are found in HENAN province, a historic site of the capital of Shang Dynasty.
(2)slips of bamboo for writing • They were used from Shang Dynasty to the end of Tang Dynasty(last about 2000 years).
(3)paper • It was created at the end of Han Dynasty. • Fine paper could be made in Tan Dynasty. • It would not decay even if thousands years later.
Xuan paper began to be made in Tang Dynasty ;it was made in Xuan town, ANHUI Province.
