Campus Decorations • Audio Tapes due today • Thursday, October 13th • Scaffolding inspection moved up to 1pm on • Approval will be posted on the scaffolding • Boards may be put up following approval • Friday, October 14th • Cars MUST be out of Greek Town by noon • If not out of Greek Town we will have to tow • No more alterations to boards or freestanding objects after 4pm.

Campus Relations • Residence Halls: • MIZ-BBQ is this Sunday! • Follow the link via e-mail to complete your food permit • You will receive an e-mail copy of your open flame permit. Be sure to have both permits printed and available at your BBQ • Set-up may begin at 1pm and judging will begin promptly at 4pm. Be prepared for judges anytime between 4pm and 7pm. • Judging criteria and points are listed in your rulebook, but remember to include your celebration in your decorations. If pairing, you may choose one or incorporate all celebration themes.
Campus Relations • Organizations, Residence Halls, and Greek Groupings: • Any group that has not turned in your Decorate the District Contact Contract, please turn it in before you leave today • Don’t forget to talk to your business about specific materials you may use • Decorate the District will take place next Thursday from 10am-4pm. Check your rulebook for specific judging and point deduction criteria • If you did not receive your MAA sign that MUST be displayed in your window, come grab one from us after the meeting!
Merchandise • Homecoming Spirit Day will be next Thursday, October 13! Encourage members of your organizations to wear their Homecoming apparel. • You will receive an email with this information to forward along to members of your organizations through an email or chapter announcements! • Merchandise will be on sale in front of Memorial Union next Monday through Thursday.
Parade • Parade will be October 15th at 8:30am • Greek Floats are to be lined up at 7am • All other floats are to be lined up at 8am • Float checks will take place this weekend
