  3. Blood • The first Blood liaison meeting will follow this meeting. • The Homecoming Information Session will be held the evening of Monday, September 26, 2011 in Jesse Auditorium. Grouping times will be announced in meeting. • Appointment slots will be given out in the following liaison meeting.

  4. Campus Decorations • Entry Forms Due Today • Due Next Thursday 9/15: • Final Design including Characters • Final Site Selection • Contact us at Homecoming Decorations@missouri.edu if you would like to meet regarding design • Suggested Timeline: • Boards started • Begin drafting skit script • Start freestanding objects

  5. Campus Decorations • No projectile objects can go further than the 10ft dimension limit. • Please email us if you plan on having any form of projectiles.

  6. Campus Relations • Residence Halls: • Still interested in a Homecoming bulletin board for your hall? It’s not too late! If you’d like to keep your hall informed with PRE-MADE bulletin boards, please e-mail us at umchomecomingproject@missouri.edu. • MIZ-BBQ entry forms MUST be turned at or before the Liaison meeting on September 22nd

Campus Relations • Residence Halls: • Participation sign-up sheets sent via e-mails MUST be turned in to Laura Denlinger (denlingerl@missouri.edu) by 5pm Thursday, September 15th (as indicated on the form) or to the Steering Committee at any meeting before that date • Even if you are pairing with other Halls in your area, we need a participation form from each individual Hall

Campus Relations • Organizations: • If you are looking to show your Organizations different ways you can be involved in our Homecoming traditions and would like to hear our presentation, please e-mail us at umchomecomingproject@missouri.edu to schedule a time and date. • Don’t leave today without an event sign-up sheet to look over with your Organization. All Organization participation sign-ups MUST be turned in at the Liaison meeting on September 15th • Organizations, Residence Halls, and Greek Groupings: • If anyone has not chosen a celebration theme, please come see us after the meeting! • All participating in Decorate the District will be choosing their business pairing at the end of the Liaison meeting on Sept. 15th

Merchandise • September 12th: Residence Hall order forms due to hall desks • September 15th: Residence Hall and Greek grouping order forms due at liaison meeting. • Greek groupings will turn in hard copies of order forms and payment • Residence Halls will turn in an electronic file order – students can only pay by student charge • This electronic file order will total the merchandise. • Individual forms will still be turned in at the meeting. • September 22nd : Campus Organization order forms due at liaison meeting.

  11. Merchandise • Sunday, September 25th merchandise will be distributed to Greek groupings and Campus Organizations. Assigned times are on the following slide. • Monday, September 26th merchandise will be distributed to Residential Halls from 1-3 pm. Times will not be assigned so as not to conflict with your class schedule. Come anytime between 1-3 pm. • On both dates, merchandise will be picked up at the Reynolds Alumni Center.

  12. Parade • Important dates: • Entry form DUE September 23rd, 2011 • Entries capped at 125 • Can assist with finding a location • Sketches DUE September 29th, 2011 • Materials list and labeled sketch • Possible display of floats on Conley ‪

Public Relations • Banner: • Location of where your banner will be displayed is due TODAY. • Greek Groupings: • Banners are to be displayed outside one of the houses in your grouping. • Residence Halls: • Banners are to be displayed outside of your Residence Hall • Organizations: • We will provide a location for you to hang your banners

Service Tiger Food Fight • September 30th • Outside the Student Center • Greek Grouping: Drop-off times on blog • Campus Organizations: Drop-off anytime between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. • Residence Halls: Drop-off anytime between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. • -If you would like a bin to be placed in your residence hall, please find us after the meeting

  15. Service Tigers Taming Hunger • September 29th and 30th • October 2nd, 7th, 8th, and 9th • Posters and Mizzou spirit

  16. Service Centennial Service Day • October 1st • Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. • Reynolds Alumni Center • Individual Registration is open • www.mizzou.com/hcservice • Group Registration forms were distributed as you entered

  17. Talent • Skit entry forms were collected yesterday at the directors meeting. • Ticket order forms and performance conflicts will be due next Wednesday the 14th. • You can purchase tickets for 75% of your pairing, and tickets will be $5 each. • IBA and National anthem entry forms are due by the next liaison meeting along with checks.

  18. Traditions • APPLICATIONS DUE TOMORROW BY 5 PM TO 123 REYNOLDS • $25 application fee per applicant • If multiple applicants pay with a single check, the applications must be turned in together and attached • Names of applicants must be in the memo line of the check • ORGs are allowed 1 free application • The remaining 2 applications can be covered through the ORG grant program • All applicants receive a 1st round interview • Signups for interviews will be available on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH IN 123 REYNOLDS ALUMNI CENTER
