  7. CHECK:Check Results(Represent the past and present situation in a data & graphical form – status before and after doing KOS)

  8. ACT:Standardization / Establish Control (Use WI, Graphs, Checklist, ledger books, formats etc to Standardise the new procedure)

  9. Benefit to the Organisation:(Explain what benefit got the Organisation by implementing this theme)
