History and Background • What is the issue? • 3 prep students struggle more than any other group. • Past initiatives primarily focused on students with two or less mandates. • Data • 14% of 3 mandate students ever graduate, and it takes them on average 3 terms to finish their mandate and 9 terms to complete their degree.
