2013 Hot Summer Slice

Join us on August 9, 2013, at Western Lakes for the Hot Summer Slice Golf and Dinner Auction! We aim to raise $100,000 to support St. Anthony on the Lake School, with $75,000 designated for annual operating expenses, including textbooks, teacher education, and new technologies. Remaining profits will enhance our facilities and contribute to our school endowment. Everyone is invited to participate in this fun-filled event. Become a sponsor, donate auction items, sell iPad raffle tickets, or simply attend and support our school!

How the Proceeds Are Used • The primary fund-raiser • $75,000 goes to annual operating expenses: • textbooks, teacher education, new technologies • Any remaining profits will help fund: • enhancement of new space from “Give from your Heart” campaign, contribution to school endowment, others HSS Profit History: 2009 $66,000 2010 $68,000 2011 $84,000 2012 $103,000

Event Details • May 17, 2013: Kick-off and Sponsorship Event • Hosted by Andy and Brenda Doyle • Opportunity to hear testimonials and others speak about our school • Generates momentum for event through sponsorship and donation of auction items • Everyone invited (though Evite) • August 9, 2013: Hot Summer Slice Golf and Dinner Auction • Held at Western Lakes • Invitations distributed in May

How you can help? • Become an event sponsor and/or donate to the auction • Sell iPad raffle tickets that will come in your invitation • Invite family and friends to the event… we especially would like to increase golf and non-school family participation • Attend the Hot Summer Slice… have a great time and support our school See you on August 9th at Western Lakes
