Making a Chocolate Cake. By Room 3. Miss Carolyn showed us what to do. We put butter and sugar together. We mixed them until they went creamy. We sieved the flour. We weighed the flour and cocoa and sieved them together. We added cocoa to the flour. Ethan cracked an egg for the cake.

  2. Miss Carolyn showed us what to do

  3. We put butter and sugar together.

  4. We mixed them until they went creamy

  5. We sieved the flour

  6. We weighed the flour and cocoa and sieved them together

  7. We added cocoa to the flour.

  8. Ethan cracked an egg for the cake.

  9. We had to break four eggs.

  10. we put the eggs and flour and cocoa mixture in to the butter and sugar mix

  11. We cut out the baking paper to fit in the trays

  12. We cut paper for two trays.

  13. We poured the mixture into the trays

  14. We spread the cake mixture flat

  15. We put them into the pre-heated oven

  16. We melted chocolate for the top and made icing for the middle.

  17. Sidney cleaned the bowl.

  18. Tiaki cleaned the icing bowl.

  19. We waited for the cake to set.Then we ate the cake.
