Faculty Senate President’s Report

FGCU is revising its strategic plan and seeking feedback through an online survey and public forums. The Planning & Budget Council and its committees play a crucial role in this process. Additionally, several other important initiatives are underway, including faculty handbook update, SAI Task Force, and analysis of HERI and NSSE results. Future plans include Campus Master Plan update, NCAA Division I Certification self-study, and a Civic Engagement conference.
