  1. LMS UPDATE September 2012Dear Parents and Guardians:It is hard to believe we are already back for another amazing school year! We have much to celebrate as we start the 2012-2013 school year! As you know, our AYP data indicates we met 18 out of 29 targets on the 2011- 2012 PSSA. The hard work and focus of our school district will continue to focus on Student Achievement. At Lebanon Middle School we will continue to raise the bar, not just on academic standards, but safety, conduct, music, drama and athletics! The middle school faculty and administration is ready for another school year as we continue to provide many educational opportunities for ALL students at ALL levels.Our first week of school was a huge success! I wish to thank our students, faculty, and our families for a GREAT start to the 2012-2013 school year! Please do not forget to attend our Open House on Tuesday, September 11th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We hope all our families able to join us for this fun filled evening. I look forward to meeting you at this event.At Lebanon Middle School we continue to believe that the entire professional staff, parents, and students will share the responsibility, and shared vision for improving student academic performance and achievement. Lebanon Middle School staff and parents will continue to build and develop a partnership that will help children achieve the state’s high standards. We believe that excellent communication is at the heart of a successful organization. We encourage all our families to get involved with their child’s education and welcome your participation always.We want to wish everyone a successful school year and BEST wishes to all of our LMS Fall Athletic Teams!
