  2. Pika performed using default HR fragments Pika fragments for 43, 57, CO, CO2 shown below Analysis not optimized for m/z calibration, peak width Large noise in CO, CO2 will later be reduced.

  3. Apes performed on first-cut Pika sticks. For apes settings, assumed all of CO2 was aerosol and all of CO was aerosol. Large noise in N/C is very likely not real., large noise in O/C before 9:45is not real.
