Asians Coming Together (ACT) was established in 1999 in California by a small group of Xerox employees who identified the need for unified representation of Asians within the Xerox community. Today, ACT spans the country with a National and four regional Chapters and boasts a membership of more than 1500 Xerox employees. As part of a commitment to diversity, Xerox recognizes ACT as an organization of talented and motivated professionals, working in partnership with Xerox management to achieve Xerox business success and balance workforce goals. ACT is the voice of the Asian community and part of the Xerox fabric!
