3. Introduction • Our company is present on the market of information technologies since 2006 • There are two subdivisions of the company: IT and WEB. • GLOBAL-IT is a team of qualified IT-managers, programmers, system engineers, designers and IT-specialists.

8. IT-outsourcing IT-outsourcing is a type of service, which means transferring by a customer its current functions of IT-infrastructure maintenance to a specialized IT-company, when the contractor guarantees execution of all duties, stated in the contract in accordance with approved service level.

IT-outsourcing Advantages of work with a contract of IT-outsourcing: • IT-outsourcing is the possibility to focus all the efforts on the basic processes for a company which immediately bring income • There is no need to increase personnel of a company with specialists not intended for its business if you use an IT-outsourcing model • There are no expenses of search, choice and integration of new specialists. Any new employee needs 3 – 6 months for adaptation (and sometimes even more) to fully understand all specificity of • Using IT-outsourcing you decrease your indirect expenses • There is no need to duplicate key specialists (for example, it’s enough for small company to have one system administrator but IT-department working is critically important for business. 11. Financial calculations Customer’s expenses using IT - outsourcing: • Monthly payment for IT-outsourcing(calculating 20 workstations and 2 servers) = € 600 • Year payment for IT-outsourcing = € 7200 • Year value added tax economy =€ 1440 Total year economyfor 1 person = € 3480

12. Help-Desk system To increase quality of our service and reporting our company applied the Help-Desk system where all works for customers’ services are being made. Besides different access levels for our staff, the access to the information is granted for a customer too. These levels for customers are listed below: • Client – general user of the system to make order • Reception (secretary) – a person in charge of sending tasks and tracking their fulfillment • Finance (accountant) – access to financial information, concomitant works and purchases • Chief (director) – access to the inventory of equipment, whole database of completed works, finance and reports
