What are Training Methods • Training methods is a way or technique for improving knowledge and skills of an employee for doing the assigned tasks efficiently. • The organization considers the nature of the job, size of the organization, cost and types of workers for selecting the appropriate training methods.

What is Training and Development Method • Training and development is an ongoing efforts that are made within organizations to improve the performance of an employee in order to increase productivity of an organization • There are various training and development methods such as coaching, job rotation, counseling, case studies, employee lateral promotion and educational courses.
