Especially if you’re at a senior position in your company in addition to being in the HR department! You absolutely need to know some basic employment laws on which depends the reputation of the company you work for. It is necessary for you to register yourself for HR training if you have no idea what this blog piece is talking about. Ignorance in this particular aspect of your job can cost more to your company in addition to you getting sacked for ignorance. Employment laws are in force in almost all the governmental circles around the globe with minor variations in accordance with the culture and practices of that place. HR webinars make sure that you are well-versed in these laws and do not end up hurting inadvertently the esteem of an employee. HR training sessions also make sure that you are protected from letting yourself get into trouble that comes with ignorance.
