WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW SAVE THE DATE PTA Updates and info for October October • Thank you for Supporting CC! • Skate City : We had lots of fun skating with all of the Cotton Creek families! • Applebee’s : Everyone left full from the Applebee’s breakfast. Special thanks to teachers and staff for serving breakfast to everyone! • Room Parent Program • Room Parents are working to make sure teachers have emails for all kids so information can be sent out quickly! You will see emails from Room Parents and Cotton Creek PTA through the school year updating you on events for the school and your classroom Over communicating is the goal • Ways to contribute • Cougar Kids Campaign – We do not “sell” anything during the year. Fundraising is done by donations to Cougar Kids Campaign, Dinner night outs, Free money programs and our big Dash for Cash run in May. Recommendations on allocation is discussed with teachers, staff and parents during monthly PTA meetings. Allocations are voted on during the PTA meetings. *Pumpkin Run is not a PTA sponsored event but something you don’t want to miss! Come cheer on the kids!
