The BES project has successfully completed Phase 1 on schedule as of October 2004, which included the purchase of Oracle modules for customer online interactions and necessary hardware. A subset of 275 IEL customers is now utilizing the new software. For Phase 2, targeted for the first quarter of 2005, non-US IEL customers will be added, expanding existing functionalities. Phase 3, expected by Q3 2005, will see further software integration and new electronic offerings. Phase 4 aims to capture requirements for customer-facing applications by Q3 2005.

Enterprise) and print subscription ordering & fulfillment • Will provide enhanced service integration, sales reporting, service and operational efficiencies • Phase 4 • Capture requirements – 3rd Quarter 2005 • Include customer facing self-service applications and integration into content delivery platform (Xplore)
