This report discusses the trends in women's participation within CAS over recent years, highlighting a slow increase from 9.5% to 12.7% overall. Notable disparities are observed across different regions, with varying participation rates in RA categories. For instance, women’s participation rose from 4.5% to 6.4% in certain RAs. Despite some growth, participation remains relatively low, and significant gaps persist within various working groups. Recommendations for improving gender balance in CAS are included, emphasizing the importance of addressing these discrepancies in future committee formations.
