  19. Bazaar Schedule Set Up: Saturday, 20 Nov. - 8h to 16h30 Bazaar: Sunday, 21 Nov. - 9h to 16h30 .

  20. STAND LOCATIONS: Your location is the same as last year. FLOOR PLANS: Floor plans will be distributed at our next meeting. DRAFT

  21. STAND SIZE & TABLES • SIZE OF SPACE: For security reasons, the space of each National Stand is limited to 4,8 meters long. In case this instruction is not respected, a nation might be asked to dismantle part of its stand. • NUMBER OF TABLES: Your allotted tables will be in your space when you arrive on Saturday. • ASSEMBLING TABLES: Some tables will need to be assembled. We will try to limit these to the stands located in the café (UK, Italy, Turkey, Greece & Hungary), but that may not be possible.Please be prepared to assemble the tables by bringing bring an adjustable wrench or a socket wrench (size 13 and 17).

  22. DECORATING YOUR STAND • You candecorate your stands as you wish. However we must follow the following rules from NATO: • No nails, tacks or glue on the walls, • No staples or other damaging materials on the tables. • Lightweight objects may be suspended from the ceiling. • No candles

  23. WE PROVIDE Tables 2 chairs Nation Name Plate Access to Electricity (only if requested) YOU PROVIDE Power cords/ extension cords Decorations for table Decorations for walls Tools to put up your decorations notice boards NATIONAL STANDS

  24. Entertainment We are looking for music or dance groups from your country to perform at the bazaar. Coordinator@natocharitybazaar.org
