  4. WHAT IS AN IDEA ENGINEER POC The IDEA ENGINEER Proof of Concept process is a service from SapientNitro that provides our clients with a rapid approach for internally communicating a concept. The goal of an IDEA ENGINEER POC is to develop a pressure-tested user journey story across business, brand, customer experience, and technology. IT IS RAPIDIt’s a model to communicate a concept, vision, and/or a strategic future state. STICKYIt answers the “show me” question. And because seeing is believing, those believers, together, will make change. EFFECTIVEIt creates a shared experience across departments and stakeholders, ultimately helping you secure funding to make your vision a reality.

Together we extrapolate on your existing ideas and data, incorporate some of our own, and develop a user journey storyboard. USER JOURNEY POC It tells a “focused” user journey that brings our collective thinking from the workshop to life; we build a simple POC that’s actionable and communicable – no flying cars. POC Guide A communication aid that helps you tell the POC storycovering the business objective (Vision), strategic rationale (Why), the user story (What), with the technology considerations (How).
