  1. Access Alliance Multicultural Community Health Centre – Year 2 Report Card • The strategic plan is a document that is adopted and owned by the Board of Directors of an organization. The plan identifies the broad priorities identified by the organization. The priorities are integrated into every aspect of the organization’s work on an ongoing basis. The Report Card shows organizations how they are doing in achieving their strategic goals and objectives. • Access Alliance completed its Strategic Plan in April 2007, through which three broad priorities were identified: • Enhance our capacity to serve new and emerging immigrant communities • Provide leadership through advocacy and research • Enhance resource development capacity • This Report Card highlights how the organization has performed against the targets established for Year 2 of the Strategic Plan.
