Exploring Surrealism: Analyzing Works by Max Ernst and Yves Tanguy

This project focuses on the artistic movement of Surrealism, highlighting key artists and their iconic works. You will define Surrealism, identify prominent Surrealist artists, and select two artists: Max Ernst and Yves Tanguy. For each, you'll choose one artwork—Ernst's "L'Ange du Foyer ou le Triomphe du Surréalisme" and Tanguy's "Indefinite Divisibility"—for in-depth analysis. Your presentation will compare and contrast these pieces using a Venn diagram format, allowing for a structured oral discussion of their themes and styles.
