A 40-yr-old woman with lung nodules • 약 20년 전 thyroid nodule 로 partial thyroidectomy • 3 년 전 lt.thyroid mass FNAC : cyst, benign  lt.lobectomy of thyroid, 현재 T4 복용중 • 5 년 전 Bilateral breast DCIS Dx. (YH)  Bilateral subcutaneous mastectomy with permanent prosthesis 시행. (ER/PR+/+) 로, tamoxifen medi. (2년간) • 6 년 전 Ut. cervix CIS로 hysterectomy,BSO 시행. • 1 개월 전 f/u chest CT상 multiple lung nodule detect • r/o metastatic lung nodule 로 w/u 위해 본원 adm.
