  1. Situational Leadership Training: The Ultimate Leadership Training Program You Need to Know Kenneth Blanchard and Paul Hersey developed a model to train the managers. It is known as Situational Leadership Training. This model illustrates diverse administrative or leadership approach. The model focuses on evaluating the demand for any situation and then applying the most appropriate style. It emphasizes on improving the behaviour of managers. It helps them to choose more relatable and relevant plan and tactics. It is the most extensively taught leadership program. The training program offers idle methods through which we can shape our relationships positively. Situational Leadership Training also develops our core communicational skills. The Hersey-Blanchard Leadership model features the four situational leadership theory styles:  Directing- It focuses on specifying the role of leader. The manager assigns the role and assignments to the team members. The manager also need to administer him properly. The manager should give appropriate guidance and direction to the members. In order to succeed, the members needs to become devoted and passionate about the work they are assigned. Coaching-The manager still define the roles and tasks of the team members. But here the communication between the manager and the members becomes more flexible. Hence, the manager looks around for the opinions and ideas from the members. Every member needs a guide and applause to boost their confidence. Engaging members in decision-making activities is another effective method to strengthen their responsibilities. 

  2. Supporting- Another style of Situational Leadership Training is the transfer of responsibilities. The Manager needs to pass the responsibilities and important tasks to the members. The manager is allowed to ease up the difficulties but the command is handed to the member. The team members also need constant encouragement. Delegating- Manager is still elaborate in the judgement and resolution process. But the regulation power is with the members. Now the members need very little attention from the manger. They are able to work without any supervision by themselves.
